In such cases, the Data Controller must comply with the buyer’s request without delay (within 1–2 business days).

The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the User’s personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller’s partners who provide goods delivery or other related to the proper fulfillment of the User’s order. In all other cases, the User’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
    3.5. Personal data is processed using secure measures that protect such data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure, or other unlawful actions.
    3.6. Individuals who have consented to the use of their data for direct marketing purposes are stored in the active database and used for direct marketing purposes for 3 years. After this period, the customer’s data is immediately (automatically) destroyed. The automatic destruction of personal data is supervised by the data protection officer.
